IMPORTANT

The updated official interpretations was released on 01 January 2021. 

It has been restructured, there are new cases, therefore it takes time to review and modify our Interpretions section. We are contineously working on it and we will inform you which OBRI articles are already amended in our eRulebook.

Art. 1-16 HAVE ALREADY BEEN UPDATED ACCORDING TO IT.
